A Kölsch-style ale with a crisp, smooth flavor and made using local Admiral Malting Pilsner malt. We made this beer hoppier than a traditional Kolsch. The use of Hallertau Tradition hops gives a stronger, more aggressive flavor and bitterness than most German noble hops.
