We have taken our traditional English Extra Special Bitter and incorporated a few Japanese influences. We have added Okinawan brown sugar to enhance and add complexity to the caramel malt flavors. We solely used Lemon Drop and Japanese Sorachi Ace for a lemony, citrus hop flavor and aroma. Finally, a touch of rice flakes to lighten the body and bring forward these flavors.
