Hindsight is a strong clean, flavorful ale made with German Pilsner malt and English Maris Otter malts plus a subtle touch of flaked rice. The biscuity, somewhat nutty aspects of the Maris Otther feature prominently. This beer may be the perfect summer beer but be careful it is dangerously drinkable.
