Historically, Kveik was used to make Norweigen farmhouse ales. Recently it has grown in popularity among homebrewers and craft brewers alike. One amazing property of this yeast is its ability to ferment at high temperatures. We fermented Ode to Odin at 95F! The kveik gives this beer a tangerine forward flavor which complements the Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo hops.
