Great Odin's Raven!

Historically, kveik yeast was used to make Norwegian farmhouse ales. An amazing property of this yeast is its ability to ferment at high temperatures. The kveik gives this beer a tangerine forward flavor which complements the simcoe, citra and Amarillo hops.
