A highly hopped but low IBU IPA with domestic 2-row barley malt, wheat malt, flaked oats, and a touch of Cara-pils. This features a diverse hop bill of Waimea, Rakau, Strata, and the amped up Strata CGX Lupulin hops. Strata CGX offers a more concentrated hop flavor experience since more hop green matter is cryogenically removed so that the hop pellets are jam packed with the concentrated, flavorful hop oils.
