Hophopopotamus - Ready To Rock This Metropolis With A Glow Like Phosphorus

Puttin' to rest the preposterous hypothesis that we don't make IPAs, Clandestine's 'Hophopopotamus' is a pungent combination of citrus-forward hops. We brewed this easy-drinking beast with Citra, Simcoe, & Azacca, a simple malt bill & hop-emphasizing yeast to maximize the aromas & flavors of the main attraction: hops! Don't be put off by the IBU number: this is another IPA brewed with our favored method of mostly late additions to preserve the olfactory & gustatory qualities of these great hop varieties.
