This collaboration is an apple-beer hybrid that we made with Serventi Ciders, a Cidery in Watsonville, CA. This beer takes its inspiration from the Stephen King book series of the same name. While this style doesn't officially exist, in the books, a graf is said to be dark in color, tart and refreshing. We think our Dark Tower fits the bill.
