For our anniversary, we decided to go back a few years to a more old school Hipster formulation. Original Hipster has a more aggressive bitterness charge like during the days before we knew NE IPA's would become a thing. Original Hipster is still cool though with Columbus, Chinook, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Galaxy hops.
