Colossus is a German Dunkel Weizen-bock, a stronger version of its cousin, the Dunkelweizen. Made from mostly wheat, this beer is dark in color and has notes of chocolate. The hefeweizen yeast imparts flavors of banana and clove. Though high in ABV, this beer is easy to drink. Perfect for the fall weather!
