Every year we're thrilled to brew with the winner of the Santa Clara County Fair homebrewing competition. This year Stephan Piotrowski won Best in Show for his Red Ryeder. Stephan has been home brewing since about 2010 when his friend showed him you can brew beer at home that tastes like real beer. Red Ryeder harkens back to a time when Cascade hops were king and specialty malts were prominently featured in hop-forward beers.
