A slightly darker and stronger autumnal Saison for the end of the harvest. Saison Dossier has the flavor profile of the most classic and famous Belgian saison yeast. Along with Belgian Pilsner malt, this ale is made with Vienna and Munich malts for a deeper, richer malt character in comparison to the typical saisons of Summer.
