Contains lactose (non-vegan). This yeast-driven double IPA was made with a newly available yeast strain from Omega called "Bananza". The ripe banana esters from the yeast compliment the fruity aromas of Galaxy, Enigma, El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Lactose was added to this beer to leave a little residual sweetness and creaminess.
