A Classic American Pilsner is a uniquely American style that evolved from European Pilsners by adding adjuncts. Our malt bill for this uses 20% corn and the beer has been hopped with traditional noble hops. This beer was made for the ACLU's "People Power Beer" movement -- 10% of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to the ACLU.
