An American mixed fermentation sour ale with plums. Quidity was fermented and aged in a Syrah wine barrel from Coterie Cellars winery in San Jose. Quidity was fermented with brettanomyces and multiple strains of lactobacillus. With its unique blend of fruity tartness and complext flavors, Quidity will tantalize your taste buds. The name Quidity is a bit of a portmanteau of the term "Quiddity" and the word "Liquid". Quiddity means the "inherent nature of something".
