This beer was the creation of Roger St. Denis for the Headquarters Homebrew Club Experimental Hops Contest using Hopsteiner Experimental hop 6300. We found that the brut IPA style lets this unique hop shine. Look for a bit of dill and tropical fruit in the aroma with a pronounced and lingering coconut flavor. All from this one hop!
