This IPA has an extra soft body with large additions of flaked oats complimenting American barley malt and a touch of German Munich malt. This beer some one of our new favorite hops Crosby Ranch estate grown Comet along with Nelson, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Besides being an IPA - Culper Ring was also a spy ring founded by George Washington.
