Beginning with water carefully built to replicate the high mineral content of Dortmund, only German malts are used to produce a strong lager with malty flavor and a full-bodied mouthfeel that is balanced with the addition of German Spalter hops. At 9.7% ABV, this is our imperial version of the style.
