CLANDESTINE BREWING

This brew was created and brewed in collaboration with Paul Domich, and Paul's original batch was the Best of Show winner in the 2025 Santa Clara County Fair Homebrew Competition. A sessionable, dark malty beer brewed with all English ingredients - malts, hops, and yeast. It's easy to enjoy more than one of these!

The verb ‘boycott’ came from Charles Boycott, an English landlord so disagreeable and disliked that he was shunned by an entire village thus originating the term ‘to boycott’. Our Boycott Best Bitter, though, is much more agreeable. Boycott is made with Scottish Golden Promise malt, dark English crystal malt, with additions of UK Goldings, and American Centennial hops.

This kettle sour takes its inspiration from the popular Indian drink. Made with lactose and mango puree, it is both tart and refreshing!

Jimmy Beer is a Pale Ale made with Simcoe hops. The beer is named in honor of 39th President and great humanitarian Jimmy Carter. In 1978, Jimmy Carter signed into law a bill legalizing home brewing, starting a wave of home and craft brewers across the nation and world.

A classic Belgian-inspired Blonde Ale featuring a malt bill of Pilsner, Wheat, and Aromatic malts. This malt bill combined with a flavorful Belgian yeast strain produces a slightly hazy, light gold ale that is malt forward, dry-finishing with a subtle spiciness.

This IPA has an extra soft body with large additions of wheat and oat malt. This IPA features the tasty and aromatic combination of New Zealand Waimea and US Citra hops.

An elegant, malty German amber lager with a balanced, complementary beechwood smoke character. Toasty-rich malt in aroma and flavor, restrained bitterness, smoke flavor, substantial smoke flavor, clean well attenuated lager profile.

Clandestine's 'Bier Statt Krieg’ is brewed with the same spirit as its German cousins: it is a subtle, clean, crisp ale that has been lagered to reach peak flavors.
