Papa Beer 8th Anniversary

We decided to invert the term "Hot IPA" for this beer. Papa Beer uses a distinctive Norwegian Kveik yeast fermented above 90F to provide rich orange and peach notes. Papa Beer features American two row barley malt with healthy additions of wheat malt and flaked oats. It is hopped with Galaxy and Nelson hops both in the boil kettle and for the dry hopping.
