This cold IPA r is made with a combination of Admiral Malts pilsner malt, plus flaked rice and maize. It is hopped with Amarillo & Citra in the boil kettle, and Simcoe & Amarillo dry hops. Cold Fusion is fermented with a lager yeast strain which is started cold and allowed to free rise up to low ale temperatures.
