One of the latest IPA-variants to emerge lately is a style being called "Brut IPA" and it was developed right here in the Bay Area. As the name suggests, this is an especially dry IPA made so by adding enzymes to increase fermentability. Our version is hazy and very fruit-forward thanks to the generous use of Galazy, Nelson and Motueka hops. We hope you enjoy our take on this new style!
