This "west-coast-style cold IPA" is made with adjuncts, including flaked rice and malted corn kernels. It's hopped with a combination of Centennial and Amarillo hops and cold-fermented with a hybrid yeast. The end result gives a nice golden color with a firm hoppy flavor!
